@Archimage I was going to write more, but I got cut off. When I take a walk like that I usually bring music to listen to, something instrumental so the words don’t interfere and what I find is that focusing on the music and the rhythmic my walk somehow works out whatever kinks there that are keeping the thoughts from flowing. It’s a visceral, physical experience for me. And I am able to go back to whatever I’m working on with a clear head and a clearer idea of how to move forward.
